7-Day Return Window
Return within 7 days of receiving your order.
We accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
Defective or Wrong Item
We cover it — full replacement or refund.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, message us on WhatsApp with a photo and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
Refunds
Processed within 3–5 working days of receiving the return.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer — please have your account details ready.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or applied screen protectors cannot be returned.
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, tempered glass that has been removed from packaging or applied to a device cannot be returned unless it is defective.
